Juliette is a filly we’ve been especially excited about from the start, and she has continued to deliver at every step. This cross represents a strong piece of our program, combining proven ability, temperament, and a pedigree that ties deeply back into CC Farm.

The Parents
Sire – CC Famous Gunslinger (AQHA & FQHA)
In a short time, CC Famous Gunslinger has already made his mark both in the arena and as a sire. He is by a World Champion, and his first foal to enter the arena secured a National Champion title. His offspring continue to demonstrate the quality, ability, and minds we strive to produce. CC Famous Gunslinger is the definition of a true using horse-powerful, capable, and born with the kind of heart that doesn’t quit. His strength lies in his true versatility, durability, and the unmatched heart of a foundation Quarter Horse, qualities we value deeply in our program.
Dam – CC Jackalyn (Reg. Percheron Cross)
A proven performer in and out of the show ring. Her first season out she accomplished: Versatility Challenge Grand Champion Buckle Winner, Ranch Reining Winner, Open Ranch Horse Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion Western, many solid placings and wins English, Money and Buckle Earner. Beyond her show record, Jacklyn is the kind of mare everyone wants in their barn- kind, steady, and trustworthy enough for children to ride at home. That temperament means everything to us.
With a National Champion producing sire and a Versatility Buckle winning dam, both horses are just getting started and already making an impact. We’re incredibly excited about the future of this cross.

Color & Genetics
EE, aa.
Juliette is homozygous black, meaning every foal she produces in the future will be black-based, regardless of the stallion she’s bred to. She also comes from a roan-influenced background. While she has tested negative for classic roan, she is currently showing characteristics often associated with rabicano, including a pronounced coon tail. Rabicano is not currently testable, but it is something we do see expressed and passed through our program with consistency. Expression can vary, and we will know more as she sheds out and matures- she may continue to display these traits or settle into a more solid black appearance.
What We Expect
Juliette should mature into a versatile, mid-sized cross- a type we consistently aim for due to its usability, balance, and practicality. We expect her to finish around the 16h mark. She is already showing natural athleticism, a willing attitude, and the kind of handiness that carries easily into a working or performance career. She is kind, sharp, and very easy to like, and we believe she has a big future ahead of her.

Purchase Terms (Foal at mares side)
A purchase contract with a 25% deposit will hold her until weaning, with the balance due prior to pickup. Payments throughout that timeframe are accepted but not required. Juliette will come to you at 6 months of age, very well handled having thirty days of our foal kindergarten experience along with being de wormed, microchipped, branded and receiving her first core vaccines. She will be registered with the appropriate association and a signed transfer will accompany.
