Duke left a mark on our program that time will never fade. He consistently passed on elegance, intelligence, and that Percheron heart — producing athletes with the kind of mind and build that stand the test of time. Many of our most treasured horses today trace back to him as their sire or grandsire.
A versatile and influential stallion, Duke proved to be a remarkable cross for hunter jumpers, dressage horses, working ranch mounts, and all-around performers. He carried a gentle soul, powerful movement, and conformation that demanded admiration. His pedigree is rich with legends, and the accomplishments of his offspring continue adding chapters to his story.
His legacy lives on through his descendants, each one a tribute to the great horse he was.
