CC Brunette Bombshell
2013 AQHA bay mare by CC Boston Cruiser and out of Quincys Blonde Bomb. Venus is a
nice combination of AQHA race, ranch, foundation and pleasure breeding making her a perfect
all around candidate. Standing at 14.2h, she is a beautiful horse for any direction, she has the
style and movement to show along with the athleticism and mind to excel in the performance.
Venus has been hauled and shown, has been exposed to cattle and shows a lot of interest in
obstacle. Have you ever seen those true all around horses that show in the huntseat in the
morning, barrels in the afternoon, then go to the ranch shows or go camping on the
weekends? That is what comes to mind when I think of Venus. The potential is endless in this
young mare, she is a great ride and is game for most everything! She has had an awesome
foundation to her training being slowly brought along to ensure soundness for her future.
Venus is novice rider friendly and loves to work! She has siblings doing very well in various
disciplines.  Venus is barefoot, sound, has no vices and is not marish.

UPDATE June 2015: (two year old) Venus went to her first show and was the only foal in the
Open halter class! Although she is not halter bred it is a perfect way to get her used to the
world. Venus did well placing second both days under different judges. We are very happy
with how she handled the entire process from the prep to her first time off the farm and
maintaining her composure during the hustle of the show day.

UPDATE June 2016: (three year old) Venus is going beautifully undersaddle. She will W/T/C
off of leg cues, halt off of your seat, back up smoothly and is doing well with collection. She is
beginning to respond to the neckrein, half pass, side pass and pivots. Venus is going in a
plain snaffle and is very soft in your hands. She is a superstar to ride and will happily try to
accomplish the task being asked of her. She has a fantastic foundation in her training and is
ready to finish for any direction. Venus is quiet natured and is suitable for an amateur or
teenager to finish out under the guidance of a trainer.  She remains a beautiful, smooth mover
and has been ridden both indoors and outside, she also rides well alone or in a group. She is
a confident, smart filly with a very bright future in front of her. She handled her first show
undersaddle like a boss- sloppy arena conditions, rain, thunderstorms and high winds did not
upset her. We rode her in the Western (just for the miles) she is quiet, easy and follows
directions. A very versatile filly that will excel in any direction.
